Our client is a DTC e-commerce company in the gut health space. We’re seeking an elite level executor who can act as our Chief Operating Officer. The goal of this role would be to take full ownership of Operations, and over time hire yourself out of the role and move into a CEO role. The role will bleed heavily into Marketing and Retention from the start.
Managing day-to-day operations of the brand and Shopify / Amazon stores
Product sourcing, working with manufacturers and formulators to satisfy our product roadmap
Retention marketing: building out email and content marketing campaigns to keep customers coming back, sourcing UGC and testimonials, talking to customers, etc.
Managing basic logistics: shipments, 3PL, inventory planning, vendor management
Managing a small customer service team
Marketing: Implementing new marketing ideas, such as A/B testing, upsells, website optimization, etc.

Strong attention to detail
Willing to do things that “don’t scale”
Extremely FAST - can turnaround things quickly without perfection
Experience managing small teams is a plus
Highly curious about new markets and business opportunities
Exploring new tools and softwares to improve speed
