About the role:
We are looking for an outgoing, analytical, and organized Affiliate Director to help us scale our affiliate program through creative thinking and a focus on proven affiliate strategies. If you have a passion for motivating and inspiring others through effective communication and leadership, then this is the position for you. As an Affiliate Director, you will be leading our Affiliate Marketing team to manage existing publisher relationships, develop new partnerships, and meet team sales goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead the affiliate department and drive quality traffic to the brand
Outline effective affiliate acquisition strategies to grow our affiliate network.
Develop strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accounts
Keep a close treatment with top tier accounts
Teach and mentor junior level team members on affiliate marketing
Communicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channel
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Advising your team on how to acquire new affiliates and to maintain current accounts
Monitor, develop, expand and nurture existing affiliate partnerships
Build strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other parts of the company
Ensure that the affiliate team is establishing professional working relationships with agencies and key third parties
Recruit and train new affiliate account managers
Stay updated of industry trends in the affiliate performance marketing space
Report back to CMO
